Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
2.5 dl / 1 cup water
0.5 dl / 3.5 tbsp. cold-pressed bilberry juice
15–30 ml / 1–2 tbsp. chia seeds
30 ml / 2 tbsp. ground flaxseeds
1 banana
100 ml / ½ cup freeze-dried lingonberries
pinch of good-quality salt
Combine ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth.
